Returns & Exchange Policy
This policy outlines the terms for returns and exchanges for
products purchased from Autokraft, the operator of the website www.autokraft.ae.
1. Situations Where Returns Are Accepted
We will accept returns under the following conditions. You
must return the item for our review before a refund or exchange can be
processed.
- Quality
Issues: If the item you receive is not working correctly or was
damaged during delivery, rendering it non-functional, we will accept a
return and issue a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping
costs.
- Special
Circumstances: In some specific cases, a return may be approved after
a discussion with our customer service team. These returns will be subject
to a 10% handling fee.
- Incorrect
Item Ordered (for Exchange): If you order the wrong item and
negotiate an exchange with our customer service for the correct product,
this policy will apply. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to
return the original item and for the shipping of the replacement item.
2. Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted
- Please
review all product details carefully on www.autokraft.ae before
making a purchase. If you are unsure about an item, please contact our
customer service for assistance.
- If
you order the wrong item by your own mistake (and it is not a
quality-related issue), we will not be able to offer a return. We urge you
to double-check your order before purchase.
- If
an item is damaged due to your negligence, we cannot provide an exchange.
However, you may return the item for repair, but you will be responsible
for all associated shipping costs.
3. Return for Exchange Policy (within 14 days of receipt)
- Exchange
for Damaged-in-Transit Items: If your item was damaged during the
initial delivery from us, we will exchange it for a new one. You will be
responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us.
- Mis-Ordered
Products: If you ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it for
the correct one, please contact our customer service. If an exchange is
approved, you will need to return the original item and cover all shipping
costs (for both the return and the new shipment).
- Physically
Damaged Items by User: We do not offer an exchange service for items
that have been physically damaged by the user. These items can be returned
for repair at your expense.

proceed.
- Return
Shipping: After confirming that your item is eligible for a return

arrange for a replacement or repair. We will keep in touch with you
throughout the process and notify you once it is complete. Please check

Notice on Shipping: When returning an item to us,
please use a trackable shipping method. Autokraft is not responsible for any
issues, including loss or damage, that occur with the courier you select for
your return shipment.
